Did a quick 3 miles tonight, it was quite fast for me, but it wasn't one of those 'oh I might qualify for the olympic' runs. I use the the term might, but really I mean never ever ever- in fact I don't think I've ever had a run like that! If I was to rate it, it was probably a 2.5 on the above scale. The rating moved swiftly to a 1, when I nearly 'literally' bumped into a local handsome runner at 1.38 miles (for those who like romantic blogs now is your moment) there was kissing and there was hugging. Perfect to perk you up mid-run. There was also a fair amount of sweat as said handsome running man had just run 8 miles...mmm yuk!
We then ran a romantic .6 of a mile together before he ran off into the sunset, leaving me stranded at the traffic lights. There was nothing for it but to run home alone :o)

Aaaawwwww that is lovely - a bit like my romantic moment in Janathon when a bald, handsome cyclist stopped to give me a goodbye snog before continuing on to work xxx
