Today I don't feel like doing anything:Day 10

This poem is shamelessly stolen from that great poet of our time  Bruno Mars

Today I don't feel like doing anything,
I just want to lay on my bed.
Don't feel like picking up my legs,
To run a mile and back again.
'Cause today I just am not doing anything.

BUT...
I laced my shoes up and pulled on some dri fit, turned on my garmin, and waited for a signal. Nobody's gonna tell me I'm slack.

I jogged down the road looking cool in my pink Ron Hill,
Waiting for my garmin to find a %^&**&*  strong signal,
Nobody's gonna tell me I can't!

Oh yes, I ran it, I ran, I ran it 'cause I can.

Today I didn't like feel running anything,
I just wanted to sit and eat cake.
Didn't feel like picking up my bones, even moving made me groan.
But I went for a run just because it's part of the janathon promise fun
Yeah, I went for a run.
