Road to recovery

I ran 3 miles this morning, that's not remarkable or awesome, but it did feel good to get moving again. It also felt great to get in the door just before the heavens opened.

It's A.A Milne's birthday today, so as a clinical tribute to the friends in the Hundred Acre wood I thought I'd share this with you.
