The Voyage of the Dawn Puddle Treader: Janathon Day 1

Today's rainfall flood-tatsic!

Ok, well it wasn't dawn...late night partying forced a mid-morning run.
It wasn't really a voyage...more a short jaunt down the road and back.
But there was definitely puddle treading...more like wading in places.

We've had several inches of rain, it's been blowing an absolute hoolie of a gale, but we got out and ran 3 'New Year' miles because it's Janathon and that's how we roll (or paddle). As my resident running philosopher said 'Runs can only get better'.

* Since writing this post our new exercise bike has been assembled. The entire house has cycled 10k this evening!!
