Quite a few of today's escapades would probably qualify for a valid Janathon activity...
1. Getting up before 8 on the last day of our holidays.
None of the above are much of a challenge (though I would happliy would enter an eat-a-thon or a shop-a-thon if anyone would care to join me), so between rain showers a 2 mile run and 3 mile bike ride was placed well and truly in the bag!
Long run day tomorrow hence a measly 2 mile run today! I can only imagine how hungry I'll be after that! A curry is on the cards!

2. Extreme Queuing in Clarks for new school shoes, (also on the last day of the holidays-only 9 families in front of us so not too bad).
3. Running from the bottom of Brighton to our car parked at the top, in torrential rain.
4. Eating copious amounts of food (croissants, mince pies etc etc), coping with severe Janathon induced hunger- funny how quickly your body starts to get extra hungry and burn it all off, I'm not used to running and cycling every day!!
