I was persuaded, coerced, cajoled, coaxed, enticed out on tonight's 1 mile streak saver by my better half, who offered to cook dinner whilst I briefly pounded the streets (two of them) and saved myself from 'Janathon drop out' syndrome.

9.4 miles cycled off road!
But what can be cooked during a streaksaving run? I think we should be told ;-)
